At Drivanta, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
1. Delivery Timeframes
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delivery may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays
2. Shipping Method
We use Aramex Door-to-Door Courier Services for all deliveries across South Africa.
3. Delivery Areas
We deliver nationwide within South Africa.
Some remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable).
5. Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:
- High order volumes
- Weather conditions
- Courier operational delays
- Public holidays
Drivanta will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect contact details
The courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable)
We will investigate with the courier and work towards a resolution.
